User agreement
1. Terms
The seller is GordStore. The service includes the GordStore Telegram bot, Mini App, website, catalog, payment and delivery features. A product is a digital code, access, account, subscription or other digital delivery described in its card.
2. Orders and payment
Before payment, the user sees the product, price, availability and delivery method. Payment is processed only through the configured provider or a previously confirmed bot balance. A pending payment or manual receipt does not trigger delivery.
3. Digital delivery and claims
After a confirmed payment, the digital product is delivered in Telegram and recorded in the order history. If delivery fails or the product does not match its description, contact support with the order number. Returns and claims are handled under applicable consumer-protection rules and the product type.
4. Website catalog and API
The website is an information and catalog interface. To buy, open the Telegram bot and press Start. API purchases use the balance linked to the API key; the server re-checks price, stock and idempotency.
5. Prohibited actions
Users must not bypass payment, resell access without permission, abuse the API, submit stolen payment data or interfere with the service. The seller may suspend abusive access while preserving confirmed order records.
